Re: Triphala - How to take it for Detox?

Do you think eating egg whites in the morning is ok? I just started introducing juicing into my diet. Today is day 6. My skin is looking better but I am taking ACV and oil pulling too. I tried to cut out eggs this morning and I'm starving :( My symptoms of my burning stomach mouth and lips still remain too :( I know I have to stick with this. I am noticing more loose stools though. I wonder if it's the triphala. I am taking two pills in the morning and two at night. Should I reduce the dosage? Until my stools get more hard? I want to detox my body and heard triphala could be good too. Thanks.
