I followed this program as well. I agreed with her food program, food combinations, all good. I disagreed with more stuff, juice fast is really really hard, and you really can't drink all the fruit with candida. Duhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!! I had to stick with green drinks, but the juice fast was to hard for me to get through. She says do a parasite cleanse for a week. Duhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!! Who does a parasite cleanse for a week??? don't even bother. Doesn't she know you do them for at least a month?????? She says take Chlorella for HM. You don't just do that either! She says nothing about removing amalagam before you take it either. Taking chlorella can be dangerous if you don't know what your doing. It's just so basic!! I think the program was very confusing, to the point I had to email her with questions a lot. I'd only get 1 and 2 word responses. You really don't get the proper support to be on this program. It's much harder than the adds. On the whole, yes, it's pretty complete, but not so easy.
I still follow her food outline. It makes sense and is reasonable. I do take most of her supplements to. But juice fasting is a huge part of that program and I'm just not sure about all the fruit and it's really hard to drink green drinks all day. I was starving on it and could not get through it. I think I will just do a Liver Flush instead. Dr. Schultz has a liver and kidney detox in which you drink a lot of juices also. I am unsure of this fruit with candida. We may end up worse because of fruit intake.
