Pulp! for the end of the fast..

Do you guys ever do anything useful with your pulp?
In the past I haven't done much other than immediately use the veggie juice pulp to make broth and then toss it out...I've saved fruit pulp before thinking I'd make sherbert or something but never got around to it.

I'm thinking about using my veggie pulps for casseroles, mixing with rice, or just baking patties of it...seems simple enough and would be a nice dessert treat with the fruit pulp, I think.

mmm thinking about the delicious options for my juice pulp once I'm done keeps my mind off of food I shouldn't be thinking about!


I also have an overweight cat.I need to do more research on what is okay to feed but I'm pretty sure I can mix some with her food to help her lose weight.
