PLEASE HELP! Safe to proceed with first flush? Symptoms from preparation for flush?

I have a question for those who might have experienced the same thing. I've been reading about the Liver Flush for a while now and have decided to complete the flush on this Saturday June, 9th.

I'm following Andreas Moritz 's protocol and have been preparing the past week for the flush. I've been drinking Malic Acid everyday since the previous Saturday and have cut out all fried foods, fats, etc as well. I've also cut out animal protein and protein in general, except for a very small portion of meat with dinner. I've essentially been eating whole grains and veggies with a small portion of meat for dinner. This was kept up until Wednesday. On Thursday and Friday, I cut out all proteins in preparation for the flush. I've also taken Colosan to cleanse out my colon.

I've been having pretty bad headaches and dizziness the past two days and was wondering if this could be a result of the preparation for the flush. I experience headaches on a daily basis, but usually not to this extreme (although it happens occasionally). I was feeling out of it and weak since I started preparing (im assuming from the lack of protein) but the symptoms I've experienced the past two days are in a different ballpark.

My head REALLY hurts and i'm pretty dizzy. I have a pressure behind my eyes and I've been having floaters in my eyes. There's also a very sharp pain behind my right eye. I've also been very hungry but get full very fast. An interesting thing is that my liver/gallbladder started having spasms today after eating only steamed veggies and brown rice (no protein or fat whatsoever) I just want to know if anybody has had the same experience. There are three possibilities I can think of.

1. I'm not sure if it's cause of a lack of nutrients as I exhibit hypoglycemic symptoms when I'm hungry and I've been losing a lot of weight so I think I'm not absorbing nutrients.

2. I'm not sure if I over exerted myself using the computer the past few days. I'm very sensitive to computer use and they trigger my headaches greatly.

3. Is it possible to have pre flush toxins released? I've noticed that my liver/gallbladder aches =have been a little more pronounced the past two days. I've also been having spasms today. I also noticed that there are weird things in my stool the past two days that I haven't seen before. One looks like jelly seeds and the other looks a bit like mucus. Is it possible for some of the malic acid to be breaking some of the gunk down and causing toxins to be released? I was able to take the malic acid fine initially, although taking it has made me feel not to well the past two days.

These are the three possibilities I could think of but insight anyone with any knowledge/experience with this would be greatly appreciated. I'm supposed to do the flush tomorrow but now I don't know if I should proceed or not. I guess i'm kind of concerned. I do want to proceed since I spent the whole week preparing and I also scheduled my first colonic for monday already. Please help! Thanks in advance!
