Congratulations on quitting coffee!!! I've done it several times and I'm vowing to stay off it this time. They say it's one of the most addictive things out there and it's really hard on the adrenals.

I don't like green tea, too bitter. Haven't tried coconut water and don't know whether I can get it where I live, but thanks for the tip! I like coconut oil (in moderation) though.

I always say to listen to your body. If you listen carefully, it will tell you what's good for you and what isn't.

For drinks, I'm more of a fruit juice person myself. Orange juice all the way for this gal :)
