i used to put lipoic acid in water and sip on it throughout the day to get very small doses consistent.

same should work well with Iodine tincture.

what about dosing at night time, does anyone get too wired?

if you do get wired do you think this is a halogen detox or is it just pushing the thyroid hard?

another thing is with the metabolism sped up i felt like i had to eat a lot more.

also, where does liver cleansing fit into the iodine picture?

speeding up the metabolism also felt like it was exacerbating the liver congestion, or was it just dumping toxins into the liver.

what do people suggest in trying to juggle the liver situation withe iodine supplementation?

my theory is that if you get the endocrine system purring it should detoxify the liver, as the liver is the coldest organ in the body. if you bring the temperature up then cholesterol stones should theoretically melt.

the last large doses i took felt somewhat pleasant, but it was unsustainable. now i feel let down not taking any. catch 22.
