Worms in my head. Please help.

I have been infected, with what I believe are roundworms, for almost 2 years. I've had a blood test and stool tests, all negative. My doctor is done with me, she pretty much ignores me now and thinks it's all in my head. For the last year I feel them in my head, every day, and they seem worse in the afternoon and evenings. I can't take this anymore. I feel them especially around my temple, seems like they are right under the skin. The ones around my checks and eyes feel very small, but the one around my temples feel quite large and strong. I have actually passed whole intact worms, yet I am told over and over that I do not have them. What I can take that will enter the bloodstream and kill them? I am beginning to have head pain (pain on the left side of my head) and my energy level is go bad that I am becoming depressed. My legs are beginning to feel weak and they ache. I feel as if they are going to end up killing me by getting into my brain. Any suggestions on a good bowel cleanse? I want to get cleaned out really well before I start back on the Wormwood, black walnut and cloves.
