I was on the GB3...start out with a small dose...you may experience stomach pains...I started with 1/2 pill and I just kept adding a half pill daily until I was at the recommended dose. Also my Practitioner explained that you may have to adjust according to your bowel movements...the bowl movement should be snake like, soft but solid shaped like a snake. If you have loose bowels back down and re work your way back to the recommended dose.

I made the sauna also...works real well...I had to back down from it due to sodium loss...make sure to get the correct bulbs...with out the film coating. When I ordered mine I asked and was informed they did not have a coating on them. I was not able to find them in any stores by me..so here is the site I ordered them from(in case you can't locate them).
