You probably were not given the limcomin yet because it raises your sodium levels and you don't want to do that with such a low potassium level or you will be even more imbalanced. The high levels of Zn should help raise the potassium. That's what I am working on now after being on limcomin for a few months. It worked to raise my sodium from 7 to 12, but my potassium hasn't budged from 4. So now, no more limcomin and lots of zinc.
