I've been very high raw, and then recently went completely raw. It was in advertent change, but now hindsight, I realize that my last period before I went completely raw, was me detoxing my system. After 27 or so years of having very timely periods, after going raw, all of a sudden, I got my period early. I had no pms or anything, and the period only lasted a few days. It was the worst two days of my life. The blood was heavy dark.

It was the last period I had. I wasnt expecting it to go away completely, but as long as I eat raw, I dont have peroids anymore. I can still feel myself ovulating, and sometimes, around my old period time, I get pinkish discharge, but thats it.

I hated my periods, and pms. For me, it was debilating, so going raw and losing my period was an impetus for change for me.
