Plants DO have chemical properties that ARE medicines. Hippocrates says there is medicine in food. Food IS a medicine. That cilantro has the capabilities of mobilizing metals such as mercury has not been proven on my own body. Since it has been documented by others to have those properties, I would tend to folow their advice. There IS an order of cleansing the body HAS to go thru--AND IN THIS ORDER--colon, liver. blood, lymph and tissues, I would follow this protocol and make sure it was in place, THEN, the last thing we do USUALLY is clean out the heavy metals. If you are very toxic with heavy metals, things such as spirulina and clorella will BIND with these toxins and take them out of the body. They not only mobilize, but BIND.

Both these natural plants detoxify on a cellular level, that's why we say to clean out the body FIRST using the liver flushes and colon cleanse. Get rid of the worst of the toxic garbage, FIRST. If you try to detoxify on a cellular level before you have done the things that you need to do to get rid of the toxins in the liver and colon, you will force the toxins out of the cels and into the blood. If there is toxic stuff in your liver and colon, the toxins will go into the blood, and, if you liver can't properly handle excreting them, they will just go back into the tissues and make you feel miserable for a while when they're in the blood. Can you see the reasoning behind all this?

Facts, facts, facts, people. This IS how it works. If you're feeling miserable, have you cleaned your colon and liver and done the body cleansing IN THE ORDER that is the only way the body CAN do it? This is your answer.
