Juicing vegetables is always good for you. You need a masticating juicer to juice greens well. It's generally better to eat your fruits whole to avoid sugar spikes. Apples mix well with vegetables to sweeten the deal.

I think cayenne pepper works well on stomach problems like ulcers. Usually those with acid reflux take antacids that only make the problem worse. The food can't be digested without the acid. So the food just sits there.

don't know how well it will work after your surgery though.
