Yeah some real wacky dreams going on. The queen was in one of my dreams last night.

I have been flirting with astral projection (dunno if anyone is into that on here), so maybe that may be to do with it...different brain waves etc.


In the meantime, zinc supplementation has really helped me. Fat loss has improved around my chest and lower abdomen (I think I aromatase quite easily), and my beard growth has improved a lot.

Also been taking turmeric with olive oil and black pepper daily.

But overall, things are going well.... still having the good and bad days.....nutrition seems to dictate how I feel and what mood state I will be in.

I'm nearly 24, so like to think there is plenty of time to heal.
