I will start H2O2 soon, I am already doing apple cider vinegar (I will up the amount a bit), and I took Verm-EZ, which is like Clarkia or humaworm, since I cannot get humaworm or clarkia here in NZ.
I can get another bottle of malcom harkers Vermez, as well as the black walnut booster, if you think that product is much better than the Paracleanse of nature sunshine.

I cannot eat popcorn, too much starch.
Epsom Salts do nothing for me. Tried various amounts, nothing.
I have a 750 ml waterbottle, and I drink that during the day. In the morning I drink two glasses of water, one with ACV, as well as some tea, and in the evening I drink one glass of water/ACV/DE.
To blessed herbs: do you recommend buying the kit? or somethig special? the para cleansers?
wow, you say you dont want colonics, but then you list so many enemas...and which way is the right way to do an enema?

I also am really critical about the zapper (me being a scientist) do you think I can do it without the zapper?
