Learning more about the science behind spirituality.

I've been learning about the subject lately and are very interested, and I would like for anyone to share their wisdom on this subject in order for us to learn more about it, although I know its not supposed to be spoke of openly, if anyone have heard about "the secret" or law of attraction, as some people called it, or it's been given some other names, throughout the history, and many people might have talked about astral projection, and their relationship with meditation. I've also found that some of these can be explained by quantum mechanics, which really amazes me. If you have first hand experience on doing astral projection, I would loved to hear your story, or if you can do it consistently that's even better(although I know roughly the method on how to practice it, I've never been able to done so myself) If you know great resource on how to get to the next level, please share! And I'm really looking forward to your reply.
