the bigger ones should be targetted first as they carry/are covered up with all kinds of small/microscopic stuff, so if you keep killing the small ones it's never ending journey, unless you need to remove a biofilm

otherwise makes sense to go after the lareger ones first, quite often it's then easier to get rid of the fungus/bacteria/protozoa/other small "animals"

also, don't forget to put your doctrine list on the bean - helps a lot
