Just wanted to let you know that Uny is working on a post answering your question that should be done late tonight or tomorrow.  There is something complicated about the black pepper and tumeric that I don't know enough about to explain it to you, in fact, didn't know about it at all until Uny told me.  Black pepper shouldn't be tinctured.

Ghost pepper huh?  You are a brave soul lol!  I've heard they're the hottest peppers ever, good luck with that!  Please let us know how you like them once you get it tinctured.
