Photo of my stool lately....(WARNING GRAPHIC)

Basically I have been suffering with some symptoms that I cannot explain. This has been going on for a few years now. Im sure most of you have seen most of my posts and know my symptoms. But for those who dont and think they can help me out, here is a list:

-Fatigue
-Weight loss
-Constant hunger
-Muscle loss
-Confusion
-Bone loss
-Poor sleep
-Low libido and Erectile Dysfunction
-Bowel movements only once every few days
-Urination is low and I never have the urge
-Memory loss
-Thin hair and skin

-I never have gas or I never feel like my food is digesting.

And theres definitely alot more. I have tried to address everything possible at this point. Adrenal fatigue, candida, parasites, thyroid, liver, etc, etc, etc.....and nothing has helped! I dont suspect liver because my appetite is ravenous and my eyes are not yellow. Usually a poor liver and your appetite decreases. I dont think I have adrenal fatigue, but I do think whatever I have is projecting similiar symptoms. Ive done a few herbal treatments for parasites, but I dont think herbs are strong enough from the start to kill parasites. Just my opinion.

But anyways, the picture below is my stool lately. Its very long....I mean very long. About a foot or more atleast. Its very thin too. And it also doesnt look healthy at all. Definitely seems like some sort of infection or parasite. Im not totally sure and I would appreciate anyones input!
