there is another kind of flush I have found really delicious. and not debilitating at all. It's not such a *big one*, but you can do it more often, if the thought appeals to you--it's a gentler kind of nourishing cleanse.

In the morning, you simply mix tomato juice with garlic cloves, turmeric and olive oil, into a kind of thick cocktail.

I use organic tomato paste, and dilute it--(I think there is something very good in the cooked tomato aspect), The turmeric should be organic too. Turmeric is a great liver herb. If you have been juicing, and "eating clean" for some time, you might really enjoy this.


I take half a can tomato paste, and add water to make 1 cup 'juice'. To this, add 2 Tablespoons organic olive oil, and about a half-teaspoon turmeric, or even less. Crush 2 or more garlic cloves, and blend all this together. It makes a kind of thick 'smoothie' I like.

Drink this, and then 1/2 hour later, have another, just the same. This will use the whole can of tomato paste. You will not be hungry, as some people are when they do the other flush--eating only until 2 pm, and then fasting.
With this 'flush', you carry on happily, and an hour or two later, you can eat a big salad, or have some juice...

I simplified it--so as not to use "products", apart from the tomato paste. I'm into simplicity, and what's easily available for most. You could use tomato juice...experiment!
