My Take on the Bruce Lee Diet for Health

I was fascinated when I saw this online today. I saw this posted in one of the forums I moderate on and at first thought I said, "I don't think so!" Then with further investigation, I am very intrigued and I will give it a score of 8 out of 10. Everyone has ways to winning their health battle and this one certainly sounds possible.

Who was Bruce Lee?

I cannot imagine who in the world would not know who Bruce Lee was? Bruce Lee was born on November 27th, 1940 and would die a freak death on July 20, 1973. He was the most famous martial artist ever and although many have tried to fulfill his shoes, none could ever do that. He was an actor, a martial arts instructor, film director, film producer and the founder of the Jeet Kune Do martial arts movement.
