One of the most obvious clues that I might be intolerant was eating a big ole sandwich and getting full-on sinus congestion within 1/2 hour.

The most amazing thing for me has been the complete eradication of any pain. Pain that I could not ascribe to any concrete cause, such as over-exertion.

I've got to watch the movie "fathead", and get hubby to watch with me, perhaps we'll go paleo. :)

I've always heard that Italian women are beautiful.... until they get a little older, then they get really fat. Gross generalization, I know, but, true???
