folliculitis protocol

I took some antibios recently and some of my symptoms came back, which proves to me (beyond a doubt) that this is caused by antibios, as all the more intelligent doctors have confirmed (Dr Sherry Rogers, Dr Jacob Teitalbaum). So, now I'm back on the Nizoral (200mg per day, then if necessary I'll increase to 400mg per day). I don;t see why so many people prefer to stick with only natural products - they take too long to kill yeast outside the gut. Who wants to wait for 1 or 2 years? Whenever I get an outbreak, i just revert to my protocol:

1. polybac8 probiotic powder, every morning 20min before breakfast.
2. no sugar, grains, dairy, wheat, alcohol, fruits of any kind. Why risk it? If you want to do this diet, do it 100% because nothing else works.
3. Nizoral tablets. To protect the liver, take milk thistle daily.
4. only cook with organic coconut oil, and only use extra virgin olive oil for salad/veggies.

That's it! Nothing too complicated. You don;t need to spend thousands on specialists and naturopaths. But, you do need lots of self-discipline. Also, drink lots of water daily and have an infra-red sauna several times a week if you can. They help to sweat out the toxins, and candida produces 79 different toxins.
