Yet another rash question

Hi Dr. McCombs -
I've been trying to start round 2 of your plan, but now that I feel so better, I am lacking the motivation I had for round 1. That being said, I've been drinking a fair amount of wine lately (one to two glasses a night, a bit more on some nights). This has been the case over the last two weeks or so. Nothing else has changed in my diet (which, honestly, hasn't been that great - I don't do well on grains and have been eating "Gluten free" baked goods here and there).

Yesterday, I found a rash on my torso. It covers my stomach, chest, and back, but that's the extent of it. Here's the photo: http://curezone.com/ig/i.asp?i=59284


I have NO IDEA what could be causing this, aside from some general toxicity. Sure, it's been hot here lately, and I've had a bathing suit on here and there, but I always dry it in between and don't linger in a wet suit.

The rash doesn't itch so much as it feels as if it burns. Any idea what it might be? I'm hoping it'll clear when I get back on the plan officially...but I have no desire to sweat while I have this rash.
