Re: Adding ALA later on DMSA round

Three days ago I finished my first round with ALA.
I took 50mg DMSA every 3 hours for 2 days before adding 25mg ALA.

To sum it up, during my 5 days round, I noticed very mild and short lasting headaches, one heart racing and mild agressivity.

Approx. 2,5 days afer end of this round, watery diarrhea started and today is still present. Also stronger headaches came. The pain is much stronger, when I bend over.
The front side of my head is in pain, it´s the same side, where my 2 Amalgams used to be.

My intestines do a lot more noise and i notice very strong movements (like a war between the good and the bad guys)


I want to start a next round with 50mg DMSA and 50mg ALA in one or two days.
