On the calcium try this:

Fresh lemon juice into a glass. Get an good egg shell, dry it out on a stove quickly, crush into a powder in a mortar and pestle or similar. Add to the lemon juice. Swirl around and let stand for a little while: Produces calcium/magnesium ascorbate and calcium/ magnesiums citrates and provides various other bone forming elements as well as the citrates and ascorbates.

Increase as much as possible your consumption of fresh greens,
with added lemon juice/ACV and a LITTLE oil.

I've enjoyed the way you are starting this. Good steps. Well done. Be patient. I like the juice fasting/ no drinking. Tough but good move. Increase your water consumption to about half (your body weight in lbs) in ounces. ie 150lbs = 75 ozs. Try having a good drink of water first up in the morning possibly with a little added lemon juice.
