Thanks. I have to fight, there's no other choice, bad as it may seem. I want to be here more than anything.

Yeah, after doing the mild flush drink (2tbs oil, 2 egg yolks & lime) which made me a bit worse and didnt have any benefit, not sure the big flush is a good idea at all.

I do some epsom foot baths, they do help a bit.

Yeap been on rice protein for a while, not lately though. even that isnt very tolerated. Only elemental drinks are, but they are full of sugar.
