Sypher, You are most definitely nutrient deficient. We are all deficient. We can not get the essential( meaning our body doesn't make it) vitamins/minerals, EFA and amino acids from a food source today. The soils have been depleted, since the farmers grow for yield and NPK ( nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium ) is enough nutrients for a plant to thrive and survive, and since plants only uptake and store the minerals that are within the soil those are the only minerals we receive.However we require 60 minerals, 16 vitamins, 12 amino acids and 2-3 EFA's on a daily basis. All products are not created equal, you must find a whole food mineral source, those are the only minerals our bodies can assimilate.
