stellate ganglion block / liver enzymes

Just wanted to let everyone know that in my pursue of getting better I may be having an stellate ganglion block. This is to reset my SNS. They basically go in and shut down the SNS with a numbing agent. The block will then allow the body to decrease its building of NGF which are seen in people with PTSD.

I'm tired of medications and want off of them ASAP. This is a big step and I will speak to my doctor in length next week.

Also, how good is milk thistle for liver? I need to lower my AST and ALT which are just starting to elevate. I had blood work done and my kidneys are fine, what I dont get is the burning sensation and foam. No protein, no blood, no infection was found yet I foam when I pee and it burns. Could this be candida being killed off? I have been doing NB, eating lots of protein, brown rice, veggies. I cheat here and there but for the most part my body feels like its always dumping adrenaline. My SNS needs to turn off. I'm taking lots of zinc, calcium, magnesium, GB3 you name it. I need to help my liver, it looks like I may need to start the enemas but will start on Milk Thistle asap to see if that helps detox my liver.
