I will tell you this - candida makes the OCD thoughts 100 times worse then they would be w/o the candida. When I was on that same strict diet, and took all those antifungals...the die off WAS SOO INTENSE...I certainly thought I was losing my mind. I had all kinds of intrusive thoughts you can imagine. I couldn't look directly into someone's eyes. And I too thought somehow there was candida in the brain. Noo...your neutransmitters are located in your intestines. So if your intestinal environment is suffering from candida or whatnot...so will your OCD/mental state.

I chelated for exactly 1 year from heavy metals. Then after that the candida fungal colonies started to flee very rapidly...a little too rapidly. I was constantly detoxing myself with coffee enemas and infrared saunas...to help with the toxins. After I finished chelating I started the strict diet again, along with the antifungals, and intestinal healing herbs. Then within the next couple of months every day a symptom that I have had for years would be gone.

I really advise to you to come to terms with the fact that the candida and its toxins are the main issue that is causing your mental symptoms and other symptoms. And to come to realize that a healthy person would never get such bad candida problems, unless there is a hidden culprit that has been hurting the body for years. It can be a number of things, but for me it was certainly heavy metals. In the last couple of months I have seen symptoms leave that I have had since I was like 14/15..I am 21 now. And I too have had these intrusive thoughts since then. Now my mental state is soo much more stable...unless I have a die off...which is becoming less and less frequent nowadays. I can say that I am 95% cured. I would never have believed this statement 2 years ago. Please look into the cause such as heavy metal issues ASAP. You have nothing to lose rlly expect money.
