Read ICU's protocols carefully and add those supplements as indicated.
Mountain Rose has excellent fresh pysillium..after the meds or whatever right before bedtime take the pysillium it will take out the dead critters and it will assist in taking out the toxins released from the worms too.

WE do not want to reabsorb their toxins as the colon will do this...MSM will coat the lining of the colon too.

Some has mentioned that DE works well in the arteries and colon lining as well, I prefer MSM and myrrh.

There are ideas and it is difficult to discihpher which ones work best..but research shows that all these supplements are required as they rob and deplete us of these mentioned in ICU's protocols.

If you are older or eat only cooked foods as suggested then you must take digestive enzymes... period.
Every meal as indicated..many disagree but those in the know..know that it is strictly required to your regime.
Vitamins and meds will absorb much better with digestive enzymes...
