One last note in response to the electro reflex machine is that we have never gone beyond the yellow mode.
There are three areas of strength..green, yellow, and red.

We have only gone up to the last notch on yellow thus far.
Green is light and pleasant with an increase of uneasiness and then yellow and up many notches on that does cause one to scream as in the fear of the unknown expectations and jolts ...at the end of yellow it is very, very intense.


I haven't tried the red zone yet..doubt I can do this any time soon for I cannot keep my feet on the yellow for a full 5 minutes.

The pads can only be placed all over except the head and the area near the heart..but it can in certain places make the body jerk as it contracts and releases...also it can be used on the arms instead of feet as for carpal tunnel syndrome and also to stunn and break up parasites, toxins within the arms and back etc.
