Yea, I'm doing breathing techniques as well from time to time. Just breathing in very deeply, and trying to relax more every time you breathe out. It sometimes works making me a little more relaxed, sometimes it doesn't.

My lips don't smell bad, at least I can't smell them. There is no white stuff under the crusts. I think that they sometimes just smell like dead skin, which is what my wife can smell then.

Has your EC gotten better? How bad is it?
