Completed the plan but still symptoms

Dear Dr Jeff,
I have just completed the plan. I have had the following improvements:
Chronic fatigue almost gone.
I am able to function first thing in the morning. I used to be wooly headed and have vertigo.
More energy.
Less spaced out.
I have been able to add bananas and mangoes to my diet.

However, many symptoms are still with me:
Severe food intolerances.
Chemical sensitivity.
Poor memory.
Anxiety and feelings of terror although this could be down to PTSD from which I suffer.
Feeling cold with low temperature.
Eczema all over my body.

You may remember that I was unable to tolerate the Detox Essentials. I was also not very consistant with the blood sugar protocol due to work load. I used distilled aloa Vera to heal the gut and took the uneconomic acid and probiotics religiously. I also had two saunas per day throughout the plan.
My intentions are to carry on with the probiotics and take Five undecenoic capsules per day. I also intend to follow the blood sugar protocol seriously. Do you think I will eventually get there? I felt from the beginning that just 16 weeks to a final cure probably would not happen for me. I do not understand why there has been virtually no change with my food intolerances. This problem is the most upsetting.
Do you have any further advice to give?
