It has to be parasites infecting me

I believe I am infected with parasites, unsure as to what ones though. I have done blood work to confirm nothing wrong with my thyroid or other issues to give me the same symptoms. I am always tired, rashes on my arms, hair is thinning, rice looking things and worm looking things in my stool. What do you recommend starting with? I do not want to address this with my doctor, as I see that others have and the doctor thinks they are crazy. Is there something I can try that does not need to be prescribed? Any help is appreciated.
