Thanks. I was literally skeptical about this a year and a half ago. You can literally go back to my previous posts many years ago and see it right there. Sesame oil DID NOT work for me. It may work for other people, but it didn't do one iota benefit. It really took some experimenting. I only wish some people on curezone would write in a little more detail of what their symptoms are, and how the cured, or managed it. It takes a lot of time, but when they write their stories in great detail, then it can literally make a world of difference. If I did not continue experimenting, then oil pulling as a remedy would literally been thrown out the window for me.

So anyways, it feels great. No more sneezing, or at least much much fewer.
