follow all the instructions properly would be my advice including epson.. it really isn't that bad at all - i'm a bit sensitive and can drink it no problem - mix it in warm water but drink it cool, not warm as it tastes better cool. Lay down flat on your tum after the oil and lemon with your right knee up high to stretch out the liver gallbladder area, strange position but really helps to get stones out. Do not fear it.. its not as difficult as it sounds it really isn't xox
