using coconut oil for fungal infection ..effective or not???

i too have some bad smell in my lips....but its on some days.....i dont know why it is may be some infection......
bcoz
we (i) touches our lip frequently with out a hand wash?????

and yesterday i got an ayurvedic(herbal) skin care oil....it contains
coconutmilk,almond,aloevera extracts so good alternative for coconutoil

it is antifungal and antibacterial(100%natural)
it helps to keep away bad smell.......
