I am very leery of Prosure.  Its ingedient list is as follows:

Water, Maltodextrin, Sodium Caseinate, Sucrose, Marine Oil, Fructooligosaccharides, Arabic Gum, Whey Protein Concentrate, Fractionated Coconut Oil, Potassium Citrate, Tricalcium Phosphate, Flavourings, Magnesium Chloride, Canola Oil, Sodium Citrate, Soy Oil, Vitamin C, Emulsifier: E322, Choline Chloride, Potasssium Chloride, Vitamin E, Taurine, L-carnitine, Zinc Sulphate, Stabiliser: E418, Ferrous Sulphate, Citric Acid, Niacin, Calcium Panthothenate, Manganese Sulphate, Vitamin A, Copper Sulphate, Beta Carotene, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B2, Folic Acid, Chromium Chloride, Sodium Molybdate, Potassium Iodide, Sodium Selenate, Vitamin K, Biotin, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12

First of all, there appears to be a lot of sugar content..  Next, I note that do not identify whether or not the vitamins and minerals came from whole food sources, which mostly likely means coal-tar derivative synthetic petro vitamins and crushed rock minerals.  They fail to identify which "flavourings" they use, and that too is worrisome. Likewise, they do not identify which forms they use of vitamins such as D (which means they likely use D2 instead of D3), Vitamin K and others and they use a somewhat toxic and inferior inorganic form of selenium (sodium selenate).  And, I note that they include canola oil and soy oil, two of the most genetically modified crops on the planet and, imo, two of the most unhealthy oils. Good grief!

I suggest N-Acetyl Cysteine, which helps with weight loss and also boost glutathione, which is a must to do when fighting cancer.  In addition, whey and super green food powders with items such as spirulina and chlorella are good sources of protein as well as vital nutrients.  An outstanding all-around nutrtional product which IS organic is intraMAX.  I know of none better.
