the acv didn't help yesterday, the pain has subsided since that last bowel movement of worms, but there is still pressure accross whole abodominal area and lots of bloating.

i'm glad you showed me that post, has some helpful tips in there. thank you =) i wish my memory was good enough to remember that stuff, I need a printer! I have been using the search function but somehow didn't see that post.


also not really liking the apple juice/acv. it flares up my candida making my feet really itchy(Atheltes foot) and other problems.
