Re: first liver flush tonight

Since this is an open forum there are many different views.
I am from the Andreas Moritz era, have done 80+ flushes, now many years ago. Since I followed Andreas I have never been concerned about parasites.
After the first flush I saw liver flukes and never again.
I did colon cleansing with Oxypowder. I always assumed I was pretty clean but since I was curious I did a parasite cleanse after 2 years, did not do anything for me.
During that time I also did a couple of kidney cleanses.

So I would say read all the information and make up your own
mind what you want to do. There is no one perfect way and
all our bodies are different. It takes many years to
understand your own body.
After trying all different diets I now eat a lot of meat (grassfed organic) and not many carbohydrates. It took me 4 years to figure that out. I was eating healthy before
I almost was a vegetarian and I found out that did not work for me.
I have followed may be 15 different forums and some things
worked and others did not. From every forum I learned
something and now after 10 years I still learn new things.
