This is very unusual because you are unlikely to be dehydrated if you drink regularly every day. The classic sign of dehydration caused by thirst are cramps with concentrated urine (brown urine). Unfortunately you can also get brown urine with liver congestion.

It can be trigger by the sudden loss of fluid within the colon; the watery diarrhoea from the magnesium sulfate. Why should it happen to you and not others is the question?

I assume that bowels and kidneys where in good order before you started liver flushing and that you drink plenty of good quality water every day. If you do then these cramps may a sign of an underlying problem.

Also check you medication if you have any.
