What's your take on enemas? Do you do them? Is it safe to do often? I did my first one today and got some unusual stuff out. I felt pretty good after like it cleaned out my system in a gentle way.
I only used warm water, not coffee. Is coffee suppose to be good? Do I make regular coffee and put it in the enema bag?
