Relax because there is no way that you are starving yourself at Day 6. True hunger is felt in the mouth and throat so no confusion is actually possible. What we usually think of as hunger, that empty feeling, is just feeding addiction where the stomach is complaining because it's ready for it's next food fix. During a fast, even that feeling normally goes away eventually but it's normal to have plenty of sensations from that region due to the housecleaning that is underway.

The stomach will often be used to offload toxins which might work their way up or down. I experienced belching in my third week of fasting earlier this year after 2 weeks of no sensations at all. Every faster will have a different experience and every fast may be different for each individual. It's all down to the state of your health and your body's priorities.
