When to pull

First time posting in this forum (I think) but have visited on numerous occasions. Many half azzed attempts at OP-ing over the years, but after reading a few recent testimonials related to sinus/respiratory infection improvement I intend to make a concerted effort this time. I like coconut oil with a couple drops of oil of oregano.

Can I get some feedback with respect to time of day (is it really that important) and if it's totally necessary to have NO fluids hours before pulling. I'm essentially (and by default) more or less on a liquid diet (I do eat solid food every couple weeks, maybe more -- if I can...can't keep much down) and have found that if I OP first thing in the AM I'm getting somewhat nauseated and become incredibly manic during and for hours following the pull.

Any thoughts/suggestions appreciated.
