Hi Newbie Girl,

I am not archus who is a poster I also admire. I have read many of his posts too. He knows what he is saying.

I am a new poster, like you, and this is my day 6, almost ending. I am smaller than you and also heavier, and I also got some health problems because of that and neglect.

If you abandon your fasting now you will regret it later. You will hate yourself and time will be passing without giving you all those benefits you need so much, soon.

I can tell you this: take just one day at a time. Concentrate on finishing this day, only this day, do not worry about tomorrow. When tomorrow comes, you can do exactly the same. But it gets better, every day, you will experience it. The hunger will be less and less each day, and you will feel empowered, capable to change your looks and your destiny. That feeling alone will make it happier, confident. So, just stay put, the first 2or 3 days are the most difficult.
