Hey curezone family

I hope evryones doing better,if not better days are ahead,believe that.the reason I'm writing today is while i was reading the bible,this thought came to me that may have crossed some of your minds and some may have written about stress and what it does and the fear that causes it.We fear things are going to happen and they do because of the stress placed upon the body when we're fearing ,once again ,what we're trying isn't going to work,we look ansd listen for signs of things working but fearing they won't.this causes stress to come and build up and even if what we're trying has the ability to work,we're so stressed that we start out an disadvantage and already being stressed leaves us vulnerable to sickness and disease.We have to believ that some of these things will work,not just for the short term but will help us to first get it under control and then to eradicate it for good.But if you're (we're) stressed then we'll leave ourselves open for not only the things that we've been dealing with before to continue but maybe even.Sleep deprivation is another no no,if all possible get 7-8hrs rest evey night to give your body an opportunity to heal itself.stress takes it toll on the body ,depleting our b-vitamins,which are necessary for health.we have to get stress under control ,as long as we're in fear causing stress we'll always start out at an disadvantage and won't be able to get well as quickly because our bodies start out weak and we have to get it right first before the body can perform any of the other things we're asking it to do due to an lack of sleep and stress. God bless and may we all have a good day,with better to best results tomorrow and everyday afterwards,this I pray in Jesus' name.can we all say it together...Amen.ok somebody didn't say it right because they had food in their mouth,LOL ha,ha ha.perhaps we should all have an certain time when we all say a small or longer prayer (if possible) to God for each other at the same time,each and everyday for ourselves and each other.
