TENS unit/neuropathy/leg pain and trammedol

"Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) is the use of electric current produced by a device to stimulate the nerves for therapeutic purposes."

It's a little machine she hooks up to her legs that sends electrical currents thru electrode pads, and helps with pain. Google it and you can read a lot more about it, it has been very helpful, Kate used to want to "cut her legs off" they ached, burned, and hurt so much at times, especially at night and during her period/ovulation times. The TENS unit has really helped with her nerve pain. People use 'TENS' for all sorts of pain, and for someone who has tried everything else, this might be an option. We ordered it online to try, and didn't have to have a Dr's prescription and it was under $40. It may seem extreme, but it's safe and does help some people.

Also to people with chronic pain, Trammedol taken regularly has really helped her with the pain and flare ups and it's not a narcotic and she doesn't seem to get side-effects from it. The key is not to just take it when she's hurting, but as part of her pain management plan, takes 2 pills, 3 times a day.
