Thank you both, NewBieGirl and anfisa. I am sorry I did not respond soon after your message. One day at a time is right way to do it. In my experience after third day no matter how good the food looks or smells good, your body should reject it. Be very in tuned with your body, when you look at food, ask yourself are you really hungry or this this your mind playing games. Also if it is harder to face foods stay away from it till you get into that mode when you will not succumb to false attraction.
