Day 10, nausea increasing, should I just get it over with?

Hi all,
I'm on day 10 of my first water fast and have really frequent bouts of debilitating nausea. If I put even the lightest pressure on my upper abdomen, it gets much worse. Sometimes, I'll take a sip of water and it'll taste great, but the second sip makes me sick to my stomach. To combat the worst cases, I curl up miserably on my side and do some deep breathing until the nausea passes.

My question is, should I just get it over with and try to vomit? I have a lot of anxiety associated with throwing up, but the discomfort is starting to outweigh the fear.
