Today is third day of treatment process for strongyloides following ICU's protocol:

Friday night: Ivermectin + Doxycycline
For Ivermectine paste, I mised with mixed with warm water and several drops or honey; a glass of water after taking Doxycycline after that (my Bactrim has not arrive yet)

Saturday morning: Albendazole paste mixed with 2 avocada and a glass of water(containes more than 40g for good fat) and 2 hour later, 1 pill of Doxycycline

Saturday evening: Albendazole paste mixed with 2 avocado and a glass of water(containes more than 40g for good fat) and 2 hour later, 1 pill of Doxycycline

Before 1 hour bed time on Saturday:Ivermectin + Doxycycline
For Ivermectine paste, I mised with 2 avacoda (mixed with warm water and several drops or honey); a glass of water after taking Doxycycline after that

The same for Sunday, and today (Monday).

This Monday morning, I feel the symptom subdues 50% (crawling, biting, etc.) I had my stomach cramp, my vision is blurry, I may lose some balance, I have diarrhea, however, I know that is good since that is drug effect. I don't know if I over dosed a little bit?
Yesterday, I was so tired and sleepy.

Whatever it takes I will follow the protocol and I would replacen Doxycycline with Bactrim once I have receive it. (I will keep Albendazole 2 weeks on-1 week off and repeat the cylce 3 times); for Ivermectine, I will take 1 week, then 2 days off, 2 day on, ....

just for a few days of treatment, I am writing this to say thank you, especially to ICU, who is doing a good work, helping others he has ever know.
